My name is Lindsey Means, and I want to create your new Hair Plan. My passion lies in being the Creative Director for my clients by giving them beautiful customized looks while also helping them learn about their energetic blueprint via Human Design. I enjoy helping my clients lovingly accept themselves and their hair. It really makes my day!

Balayage aka Hair Painting is my specialty and OBSESSION! I love to enhance your natural hair color, blondes, and brunettes alike! Dimension is EVERYTHING! When you have one solid color it can appear flat. When you have dimension, darker pieces next to lighter pieces, you actually get a brighter result, a better grow out, and hair to die for! I am so obsessed with my client's hair that I can not stop thinking about it, I love taking your inspo pictures and completely customizing them to YOU vs trying to copy someone else's hair.

I started my career by attending Paul Mitchell the School in Costa Mesa, California in 2008. I was in Phase Two, graduated with Honors, and won two contests in school. I worked in Los Angeles for 6 years behind the chair with my amazing clients. I had the pleasure of working on look-books with multiple jewelry and clothing lines including Mr. Kate, photoshoots for magazines, and hair for fashion shows. I am constantly educating myself, I love hair so much and I am excited to learn everything that I can about it! I spend $1000's a year on education, to make sure that I stay up with all of the new trends so that I can give you the best Hair Plan possible! 

I moved to Austin, Texas in May 2016, I could not be happier to grow my clientele in this beautiful city! Along with doing hair, another passion of mine is sharing everything that I have been learning about personal development and business. I want to lift other women up! I live in Volente, on Lake Travis, with a 5-minute walk to the lake. Needless to say, I spend a lot of time at the lake! I have the best fur-babies ever, Owen, a 50-pound boxer mix, and Ziggy the crazy cat, that acts like a dog. I love enjoying nature, listening to podcasts all the time, and brainstorming about our futures with my life-partner, Dan. I am a huge nerd with a ton of stories to tell! Get ready!
